Welcome to the online memorial for Dr Tim Radvan
Hello and welcome to timradvan.com. I'm James, Tim's eldest brother and the admin of this site. This site is for everyone who knew Tim to post their memories and photos. We're hoping that, via this site, we can all come to feel closer to Tim through stories, anecdotes and images - filling in the gaps of experience that we all have, having not spent every waking moment with Tim for the past 26 years. Please feel free to comment on existing posts. You are also encouraged to make posts yourself - you will need a login for this, so please email me for details. I hope you get as much out of and contribute as much to this site as I plan to. Remember: even the tiniest memories are interesting to those that weren't there. When they're all pooled together this will be a valuable site for all of us to come to in the years ahead.

"Separation"
I saw this on the London Underground, shortly after I returned to the UK after Tim died. "Separation" Your absence has gone through me like thread through a needle. Everything I do is stitched with its colour. -- W. S. Merwin Having a martini for you Timbo.

Happy 30th Happy Feet!
I tried to do an entry on the 25th Jan but couldn't get onto the website so my birthday message is a bit delayed. I had a few pilsners to celebrate though! xoxoxoxo I saw Happy Feet the other day. It reminded me of a memory of Tim. Whenever we were lying in bed together, Tim would always move his feet alot. I remember saying to him once 'why do you do that?' He answered 'because I have happy feet when Im with you.' I then proceeded to sing that happy feet song out of Strictly Ballroom - you may or may not know it but Tim did. Then for my birthday that year, he tracked down the song and played it in the car to me at Strezleki Point as part of my present. A nice memory. Happy 30th my boy. You are always in my thoughts.

site down - apologies
With the help of another of Tim's brothers, Scott - network engineer extraordinaire - we were able to get the webserver back up tonight after a week or so of very poorly-timed downtime. Apologies for that.

happy 30th mate
I was thinking on Thursday about what I did for my 30th. I was lucky enough to be snowboarding in Canada, a trip we had invited Tim & Lucy along to (unfortunately they weren't able to make it). It's a tragedy that Timbo didn't get to enjoy that transition; it was certainly a big one for me. Anyway, whatever you would have been doing for your 30th Tim, I'm sure it would have been grand. I'm having a whiskey for you mate.
